- Plant the seeds: Spread the soaked seeds evenly on the coconut coir. No need to cover them with soil. Just cover with another container and place a little weight on top. This helps the roots go deep and the plants grow straight and strong.
- Care: Remove the container after two days. You will see tiny sprouts emerge. Water with a spray bottle every other day. After four or five days, when they are 4 inches long, cut them with scissors.

How to grow:
- Soak the seeds: Soak the pea seeds in water for 24 hours.
- Sowing: Spread the seeds on coconut coir. You can cover them with more coir or blackout the container. I prefer covering with coir.
- Water: Water once after sowing. After two days, sprouts will appear. Spray every other day.
- Harvesting: After five-six days, when they are 5-6 inches long, cut a 4-inch portion.

How to grow:
- Sow the seeds: Radish seeds are tiny, so spread them carefully. They do not need to be soaked. Sprinkle over coconut coir and cover with a little coir.
- Water: Water after sowing. Sprouts will appear after two days. No need to put weight on them.
- Harvest: After six days, when they are 3 inches tall, cut off the top 2 inches.
